In the email tell us:
- What happened/didn't happen and be specific about what step in the process you were on.
- What did you see/error messages / blank screen?
- Can you screenshot it? (see 'how to' underneath)
Once you have sent that email it would be helpful if you could also:
- Click on this link: https://www.whatismybrowser.com/ At the top fill in your name, email address and put help@castingcollective.co.uk as the recipient's email and send details. This will send us a quick report of the computer and browser you are using.
How to do a screenshot:
- Windows users: Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard, then open an image editor (like Paint), paste the image, and save it. Alternatively, use Windows Key + Shift + S to open the screenshot tool.
- Mac users: Press Command + Shift + 4 to take a screenshot of a selected area, or Command + Shift + 3 for the entire screen. The image will be saved to your desktop.
- iPhone and iPad users: Press the Home button and Top (or Side) button at the same time to take a screenshot. The image will be saved to your Photos app.
