In the email tell us:

  • What happened/didn't happen and be specific about what step in the process you were on.
  • What did you see/error messages / blank screen?
  • Can you screenshot it? (see 'how to' underneath)

Once you have sent that email it would be helpful if you could also:

How to do a screenshot:

  • Windows users: Press the Print Screen key on your keyboard, then open an image editor (like Paint), paste the image, and save it. Alternatively, use Windows Key + Shift + S to open the screenshot tool.
  • Mac users: Press Command + Shift + 4 to take a screenshot of a selected area, or Command + Shift + 3 for the entire screen. The image will be saved to your desktop.
  • iPhone and iPad users: Press the Home button and Top (or Side) button at the same time to take a screenshot. The image will be saved to your Photos app.
