My photos are professional but they are too small

The most likely reason is that you are sending us a very small version of what was originally a bigger file.

Do not:

Copy photos from other website like facebook, they will be too heavily compressed
Upload very small versions of the photo. The minimum we accept is 100kb and over 150dpi

Instead - Do this:

Find the original photo that the photographer sent you and upload that instead
