How can I check my photo format

Most digital photos are saved in JPEG format.

If you are having trouble and want to check if you photo is a JPEG, look at the writing under the photo in its file name.

If it ends .jpg or .jpeg- then the file is a JPEG and will upload.

The following photos extensions are also supported and will not upload:

.png
.gif

The following photos extensions are NOT supported and will not upload:

.raw
.tiff
.bmp

If you have a photo saved in these formats you will need to convert it to a JPEG before uploading it.
